Who we work with
We work closely with community groups in Bristol. We have a number of segments, that, where possible, carry out surveys in their areas, have their own trained surveyors and use equipment supplied by the central office. Our current CHEESE segments are:
- Ambition Lawrence Weston
- Knowle West Media Centre
- Re:work
- Southmead Development Trust
- Sustainable Westbury On Trym
They help us to find customers, particulalry those who are eligible for free surveys due to low income (e.g. on benefits).
To obtain referrals for surveys, we have contacts with other socially-active groups, such as:
- Acorn Housing
- Bristol Community Health
- Centre for Sustainable Energy
- CHAS Bristol Housing Advice service
- Citizens Advice
- The Bristol Community Farm
- Dhek Bhal
- Ethical Property Company
- North Bristol Advice Centre
- North Bristol Food Bank
- Sovereign Housing Association
- Talking Money
- Ways 2 Work Employment Support
And we work with many groups who can provide support to improve home energy efficiency including: Golden Agers Wessex Resolutions CIC
We are a also a member of Bristol Energy Network.
