Our survey season opens towards the end of October. Please register your interest and we’ll make sure to reach out to you before the new season opens.
Designed to reduce home energy losses at low cost, we have developed our own bespoke thermal cameras and software and train our surveyors specially to help you understand where your home loses heat. Our surveys, carried out indoors, use a blower door to mimic a winter wind and thoroughly examine all internal surfaces while you watch the vivid images on a tablet. You can ask as many questions as you like, and the answers, together with a video of the survey (which usually takes at least two hours) are recorded on a memory stick for your use. This contains far more information than written reports can. You can then target the problems effectively, starting with low-cost DIY methods that have an immediate impact on warmth and fuel bills.

All data collected in the course of our surveys is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to operate the Retrofit West CIC voucher system we have to share some data with them. This may include copies of surveys for quality assurance purposes and expert advice. Retrofit West’s use of your data is also in compliance with GDPR and is to the customer’s benefit.
