We expect Retrofit West to offer vouchers towards the cost of your survey. These are valid for 3 months. They have not yet confirmed the details for next Autumn.

Vouchers can be obtained from www.retrofitwest.co.uk or you can ring them to discuss your requirements. The voucher will be emailed to you with confirmation email and the voucher.

Once you have your voucher, send the confirmation email and your voucher to surveys@cheeseproject.co.uk and one of the team will call you to book you in. Bookings are made Mondays and Tuesday between 10am – 2pm.

Our survey season has closed due to rising temperatures. We expect to re-open in October 2024, once the temperature drops again. Please register your interest by clicking on the bookings button and we’ll make sure to reach out to you before the new season opens to talk about booking your survey.

• Rooms – All rooms including utility rooms, annexes, en-suites, heated attic rooms – but not internal hallways or unheated garages.
• Timings are approx and are dependent on the complexity of the survey.

All data collected in the course of our surveys is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR). In order to operate the Retrofit West CIC voucher system we have to share some data with them. This may include copies of surveys for quality assurance purposes and expert advice. Retrofit West’s use of your data is also in compliance with GDPR and is to the customer’s benefit.
