Our survey season is open for 2024-25 and we are taking bookings.
We are very pleased to report that Retrofit West CIC are now offering vouchers towards 70% of the cost of your survey up to £500. These are valid for 3 months.
Vouchers can be obtained from https://www.retrofitwest.co.uk/vouchers/ or you can ring them on 0800 038 6733 to discuss your requirements. The voucher will be emailed to you with a confirmation email.
Once you have your voucher, send the confirmation email and your voucher to surveys@cheeseproject.co.uk and one of the team will call you to book you in.

If you live outside the area covered by Retrofit West, or for other reasons, you can book a full price survey here.
For those on low incomes we also offer a limited number of surveys for free – funded by grants. Please email info@cheeseproject.co.uk for more details.
All data collected in the course of our surveys is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to operate the Retrofit West CIC voucher system we have to share some data with them. This may include copies of surveys for quality assurance purposes and expert advice. Retrofit West’s use of your data is also in compliance with GDPR and is to the customer’s benefit.
