Visit the Retrofit West website to get your voucher code before booking your survey, or you can ring them on 0800 038 6733 to discuss your requirements. The voucher will be emailed to you with a confirmation email.
Once you have your discount code you can choose a survey time and pay online on our book with a voucher page.

Note: When booking, it is important to choose the right number of rooms for your home, so we can set the correct length and price for your survey. Households with extra rooms found on the day can choose to extend their survey by paying the balance difference.

All data collected in the course of our surveys is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to operate the Retrofit West CIC voucher system we have to share some data with them. This may include copies of surveys for quality assurance purposes and expert advice. Retrofit West’s use of your data is also in compliance with GDPR and is to the customer’s benefit.
