Discount for Homeowners – Get 70% off the price of your survey (up to £500) thanks to the Retrofit West CIC voucher scheme!
Visit the Retrofit West website before booking your survey, or you can ring them on 0800 038 6733 to discuss your requirements. The voucher will be emailed to you with a confirmation email.
Once you have your voucher code, book a callback with us to arrange your survey appointment, or you can choose a survey time and pay online on our book with a voucher page.
Prices for Renters and Airtightness Testing will be live before our survey season opens in Autumn 2025
Note: When booking, it is important to choose the right number of rooms for your home, so we can set the correct length and price for your survey. Households with extra rooms found on the day can choose to extend their survey by paying the balance difference.

All data collected in the course of our surveys is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy which aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In order to operate the Retrofit West CIC voucher system we have to share some data with them. This may include copies of surveys for quality assurance purposes and expert advice. Retrofit West’s use of your data is also in compliance with GDPR and is to the customer’s benefit.
