We’ve been able to help so many homeowners on their journey to energy savings and efficient retrofit projects, thanks to the Retrofit West home assessment voucher program. This scheme has been funded by the West of England combined mayoral authority to make green home improvements more accessible to people in Bristol, Bath and South Glos.

What a success! For the past few years we have surveyed hundreds of homes and been able to pinpoint the main heat loss culprits.

Now the voucher scheme is coming to an end, the discount level has been set at 50%, and the validity of the vouchers is 6 weeks. So you have 6 weeks from applying with Retrofit West, to get your survey date locked in with us.

The scheme is set to close at the end of Dec 2026, however the funding may run out sooner, and it could close earlier. We have no way to confirm if and when this might happen.

It’s not yet cold enough for our thermal imaging surveys, which help you to find out where your home is losing heat. We expect to start surveying in November, so it is too soon to apply for your Retrofit West voucher.
